Graphic design is defined as “the art and practice of planning and designing ideas and experiences with visual and textual content” (AIGA). In other words, graphic design communicates certain ideas or messages in a visual way. These visual elements can be as simple as a company logo or as complex as the overall visual identity. Graphic design takes graphic and textual elements and implements them in several types of media.
